The meeting was then thrown open to comments from the floor. Robert Lindwall shared a recent newspaper article/movie review regarding the motion picture “Diplomacy” which is based upon the negotiations between Swedish Consul Raoul Nordling and the Nazi Governor of Paris, General Dietrich Von Choltitz in the closing months of World War II, that saved the city and it’s landmarks from being destroyed by the Germans. Robert also provided a verbal report on a Swedish Comic Strip that featured his father and his love for hot chocolate. Bart Klein, Web Site “Master”, repeated his request for members to provide him photos of their cars for the Photo Gallery section of the club web site. email@example.com Phil Turner attempted to sell some of the remaining Club Logo polo shirts and assured the group that new Club Business cards would be available “soon” for use in recruiting new members.
Business, conversation, food and beverages being dispensed with, the meeting was formally adjourned at 1:00pm and a semi-organized march was made up the street to Bartle Hall.
